Stephanie founded MCS Create LLC (dba MCS) in 2017 to help owners, developers and investors bring their ideas to life. She helps her clients envision, strategize, and execute projects. Most importantly, she gives her clients confidence in their investments by protecting their objectives and interests from project conception to completion. Her strong communication and organizational skills, along with her deep community and industry relationships, allow her to excel in building and managing effective and collaborative project teams.
Prior to starting MCS, Stephanie was an Architect at G70 (formerly Group 70 International) — Hawai'i’s largest multi-disciplinary design firm — where she specialized in hospitality and complex redevelopment projects. She has over 17 years of experience in all phases of project delivery and is a licensed Architect in the State of Hawai'i.
Stephanie received her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and also studied Architecture at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. She is a 2016 recipient of Pacific Business News’ “40 under 40” award and a 2014 Pacific Century Fellow. She previously served on the NAIOP Developing Leaders Board, the Honolulu Habitat for Humanity Building Committee, and the Aloha Youth Lacrosse Associate Board. She currently serves on the board of GIFT Foundation of Hawai’i and the Child and Family Service Guild.
